Costa has been a favourite in our house for years. He’s a gorgeous human (IRL too!) and this was a dream job. COSTA’S WORLD brings together his gardening and sustainability knowledge – it’s a massive book and every double-page spread is different with text, activities, illustrations, photography. A giant puzzle. We wanted this to be more than a gardening book and really reflect Costa’s energetic and beautiful inclusive personality. Thank goodness for the amazing team: Helen Littleton’s cover guidance, Barbara McClenahan’s ability to see both the big picture and minute detail, and the delightful illustrations and hand-drawn custom fonts produced by Brenna Quinlan – a powerhouse of creativity. Hopefully my contribution helps Costa make our world a little greener.
